Pre - Care & After - Care

To ensure we have time to get you signed in and prepared for your facial, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. Don’t worry about washing your face or removing your makeup before arriving. We’ll take care of everything for you!

If you have any health concerns or medical conditions, please let your esthetician know before your appointment, so we can accommodate your needs in the safest, most comfortable way for you.

Depending on the treatments you receive, your skin may be a little sensitive after your facial. In general, you should:

  • Avoid sun exposure.

  • Avoid using harsh exfoliating products for 3-5 days.

  • Avoid applying make-up directly after your facial

  • Stay hydrated.

  • Make sure you sleep on a fresh pillow case.

    If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask us about how best to take care of your skin post-treatment. We’re passionate about our facials, and nothing makes us happier than talking skin care routines and regiments!

Other FAQ's 

Parking:

  • We do not offer parking, and street or metered parking can be limited, so please plan ahead in order to arrive on time.

Late Policy:

  • If you’re running late, we’d be happy to perform your facial within the time remaining in your scheduled appointment; however, to respect our other guests, we do not offer time extensions.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations or reschedulings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of $45.

  • No-shows will be treated as late-cancellations.

Phones:

  • To help us maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment, please turn off or silence your phones and mobile devices, and refrain from loud conversations while inside the salon.

Children and Pets:

  • With the exception of service animals, we ask that you please leave your children and pets at home. As we are an open-space salon, we work hard to maintain a clean, quiet, and safe environment for our patrons and estheticians.

Gratuity:

  • We accept tips either in cash or through Venmo. Tips are an important part of your esthetician’s income, and are greatly encouraged and appreciated.

Returns:

  • Any Face skin care products you buy can be returned within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have a copy of your receipt.
